Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
I really hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or wish to return an item, please contact me on: orders@beautifullybookish.com
Cancellations:
I reserve the right to refuse an order, and if necessary, to cancel and refund any order made with Beautifully Bookish without reason. In the extremely unlikely event that an order needs to be changed tor cancelled, I will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or any billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Non-custom orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting orders@beautifullybookish.com
Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be cancelled once started.
Returns:
Non-custom items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Items are shipped at customer’s own risk, and Beautifully Bookish will only refund items upon receipt. Use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance is recommended.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. This doesn't affect any of your statutory rights.
Refunds:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund (minus postage) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The amount of time this takes to process varies, and you are advised to check with your bank.
